The Challenge

Out-of-home measurement is complex. Brands couldn't evaluate what they were buying.

QMS Media is one of Australia's leading out-of-home advertising companies, but they faced a structural challenge in their market: brands often lack the knowledge to properly evaluate and measure OOH campaigns. Without that understanding, marketing teams struggle to build internal advocacy for OOH budget allocation and can't benchmark their results against meaningful standards.

The gap wasn't just educational. When brands can't measure OOH, they default to channels they can measure more easily. QMS needed to close that knowledge gap not with a brochure or a sales document, but with a genuine, structured learning resource that could stand on its own as a valuable tool for brand marketers.

The challenge was building something that could reach brand managers and marketing teams organically, at the moment they were researching OOH measurement, and convert that interest into meaningful engagement with QMS. A passive brochure site wouldn't work. It needed to be a platform people would actually use.

The Approach

We built MOVE Coach: a micro-learning platform with SEO at its core.

We built MOVE Coach from the ground up at movecoach.qmsmedia.com, a dedicated micro-learning platform structured around short, digestible lessons on OOH marketing measurement. The platform was designed to feel genuinely useful to brand marketers, not like a QMS sales tool. Every lesson was structured to build real knowledge, with QMS's expertise woven in naturally as context rather than promotion.

SEO was built in from day one. The architecture, content structure, metadata, and schema were all designed to rank for the specific terms that brand managers and marketing teams search when evaluating OOH advertising and measurement frameworks. A full content strategy ensured the platform covered the topics with the highest search intent and commercial relevance.

The result was a platform that earned its traffic organically, reaching 30K+ unique monthly visitors and converting at 5.57%, which is 2.47x above QMS's website average. MOVE Coach turned educational content into a genuine and measurable lead channel for QMS Media.
